Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Delivery in Southern and Northern Ireland is proceeding as normal and will take 3-5 working days for you to receive your order following payment. 

Delivery to UK will take 5-7 working days for you to receive your order following payment. Please note customs charges apply to deliveries to the UK and are not included in our pricing.

Delivery to Ireland is €5

Delivery to UK is £7 (no tracking) 

We currently do not deliver to countries outside Ireland and the UK

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund only exchange or credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all tags still in place. Please ensure your return is packaged appropriately so they aren’t damaged in transit.
We also require you to put proof of purchase receipt (Order number) with your return. For hygiene reasons there is no return on jewellery.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at lauren@lcloset.ie with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.

EXCHANGES
We will be happy to exchange your item for another item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please email lauren@lcloset.net to reserve a different item if you wish to exchange.

REFUNDS
Please allow 2-3 days for us to process Items back through our system . Once your return is received and inspected we will then contact you by email or phone to notify you that we have received your returned item . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10-15 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). The refund will only be credited to the original method that is used for payment. We don not refund postage costs.

Please ensure you provide your order number when posting your return.
